This workshop demonstrates using puppets, specifically socks, as an innovative tool for connecting with and healing the inner child, presenting it as more effective and enjoyable than traditional non-dominant hand writing. The speakers, Eric (MC) and Carol (instructor), explain the technique of assigning hands for the inner child and parent based on handedness and writing style, also advising participants to cover their faces during practice to better focus on the puppet. They also share experiences from fellow members who have successfully incorporated puppet work into fellowship, highlighting its power to access the subconscious for processing and role-playing, while emphasizing the crucial role of the loving parent's presence alongside the inner child.
