Ed C shares their personal journey as an adult child of alcoholics from a dysfunctional family, grappling with trust, loneliness, and resentment until finding recovery in ACA. They recount developing a unique "12 Steps in 12 Minutes" workshop after observing a lack of sponsorship and widespread access to step work within the fellowship. Their workshop aims to empower participants to engage with and realize they are already doing much of the 12-step work, making recovery more accessible and strengthening the ACA community.
